Brief Introduction of Vice CEO Mr.Li Zhi Jie/副厂长李志杰先生简介
Mr. Li Zhi Jie is a foremost string instruments varnish expert in China. He learned the violin varnish technique from his father in law, Mr. He Guang Ji since 1988. Mr. He is known as the maestro of violin varnish in China. All the national and international award-winning violins from Canton Violin Factory are painted by master He. Mr. Li worked as the varnish department manager in a China/USA joint-venture factory from 1996-2002.
During this period he has the opportunities to learn the different varnish school from several world class string varnish expert of France and USA. In 2003, together with other three industry expert, he established a violin work shop which dedicates to making fine instruments.
李志杰先生，中国著名提琴油漆专家。从1988年起师从其岳父何光济先生学习高级提琴油漆工艺。何光济先生是中国著名提琴油漆大师，曾任职于广东乐器厂。广东乐器厂过去几乎所有曾在国内和国际比赛上获得过奖项的提琴都出自何光济先生之手。从1996年到2002年，李志杰先生在一家中美合资的提琴厂里面任油漆部经理，此令他有机会接触来自法国和美国的世界级油漆专家并向他们学到各种不同风格的油漆技术。2003年，李志杰先生和何广宏先生一起，在广州创办衡升提琴工作室，专注于高级提琴的研究和生产。并邀请了当时已退休的何恩先生和何广济先生担任工厂的技术顾问。
